Before sending an e-mail, put your own name at the top and then read as if you were receiving this.  What would you think or feel if you were receiving it?  Would you be inspired, motivated and energised?

Oh how we women know how to juggle!  I have had an up and down week: I have recovered from an annoying 24 hour sickness bug; juggled my work commitments which have been rewarding; and my highlights, I am now preparing for a fun Centreparcs half term holiday with my family.

Please tune in next Tuesday 27 October 2009 to hear me interviewed live on BBC radio.

I will be revealing “How to be a Successful Women in the Workplace”.

I will be interviewed on the Sarah Walker show between 2pm and 3pm

Please tune into BBC Radio Berkshire – http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/playlive/bbc_radio_berkshire/    104.4FM, 95.4FM
